- What it is
- Members' houses that put work, fitness, wellbeing, food and social life under one membership. Each sits in a restored heritage building with private studies for 4–40 people, meeting rooms, gyms, studios and restaurants, some open to the public. Kensington adds 30,000 sq ft and a BREEAM Excellent rating.
- The gap
- Ivesha argues the traditional office no longer fits how people work, while many London members' clubs are purely social and exclusive. Wellbeing usually sits outside the working day rather than inside it.
- The answer
- An inclusive but selective members' house with no dress code, where wellbeing sessions of 15–60 minutes fit between meetings. Ivesha founded the group in 2016 and opened Mortimer House in 2017.
