George Maltezos

George Maltezos is an Associate Director at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), where he leads real estate sector operations across the Southern and Eastern Mediterranean (SEMED) region. Based in Athens, he joined the EBRD in January 2016, shortly after the Bank commenced operations in Greece. Prior to joining the EBRD, George worked in Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young (EY), advising clients on transactions across a range of sectors, including real estate and tourism. George holds an MSc in Finance from Warwick Business School and a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the Athens University of Economics and Business. He is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
