Nabil Amasha Co-Founder & CEO of People & Places Nabil Amasha is the Co- Founder and CEO of People & Places and a business leader with over 34 years of multidisciplinary experience. Recognized for his vision and transformative leadership, he has built a distinguished cross-industry career spanning real estate, retail, furniture design, fast food, and global logistics. He is credited with pioneering groundbreaking solutions in Egypt's real estate market that have since become widely adopted industry best practices, including the EOI off-plan sales launch system, the Flexi-Finish standard, and winning residential design concepts. Through his strategic involvement in four landmark developments in the North Coast over the past 18 years, he has played a pivotal role in positioning Egypt's North Coast as a premier luxury destination, establishing innovative project master planning, development and activation strategies that have redefined coastal living. Before founding People & Places, Amasha served as Chief Commercial & Operations Officer at SODIC, Chief Commercial Officer of Emaar Misr and Global Chief Marketing of Aramex, where he played a leading role in delivering some of Egypt's most iconic developments. He is also the founder of At Home Furniture. A respected speaker at leading business and real estate forums, Nabil co-founded the American University in Cairo Real Estate Academy and launched Egypt's first real estate industry union meetings in 2008–2009, in addition to launching multiple corporate social responsibility initiatives. He holds a degree in Construction Management from California State University and has completed advanced postgraduate studies in marketing, hospitality, finance, and real estate development.
