Ihab Gohar is a pioneering Egyptian entrepreneur and business leader with nearly four decades of experience in media, advertising, event management, and brand communications. In 1988, he co-founded Animation Advertising Agency with his longtime business partner Mohamed El Saadi, building one of Egypt’s leading communications groups and delivering award-winning advertising campaigns, media strategies, and integrated marketing solutions for major national, regional, and multinational corporations across diverse industries. Over the years, Ihab has led the creation and execution of large-scale corporate events, brand activations, destination launches, conferences, and high-profile entertainment productions and concerts, helping organizations connect with audiences through impactful experiences and strategic storytelling. Three decades after founding Animation, Ihab and Mohamed El Saadi co-founded Mediahub Production, which has become one of the Arab world’s leading content production companies, creating acclaimed television dramas, entertainment programs, and films. Mediahub’s notable productions include Newton’s Cradle (لعبة نيوتن), Jaafar El Omda, Lam Shamsia, Etnein Gheirna (اتنين غيرنا), and That El Wasaya (تحت الوصاية). As Chairman, Ihab continues to champion innovation across communications, media, and entertainment, while actively contributing to conversations around marketing transformation, artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, leadership, and the future of the creative industries.
