- Arada's first homegrown hotel brand: midscale, tech-led and built around coworking lounges. It sits beside the Nest Campus student housing cluster, was shaped with input from students and offers them part-time jobs, serving students, faculty, families and event visitors alike.

- Sharjah was short of affordable rooms as airport traffic rose 11% to 17m passengers in 2024 and Aljada drew 8m visitors.
- The answer
- An affordable, community-designed hotel that works with the student campus rather than apart from it. Future Nest Hotels may sit beside further Nest Campus sites.
