Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority and Marjan bring the region's leading hospitality investment summit to Wynn Al Marjan Island

Ras Al Khaimah, UAE - 1 October 2026 - FHS World, the hospitality industry's leading investment summit, will return to Ras Al Khaimah in 2027, bringing its international community of investors, developers, hotel operators and industry leaders to Wynn Al Marjan Island.

The return builds on FHS World’s longstanding relationship with Ras Al Khaimah, bringing the global hospitality investment community together at Wynn Al Marjan Island. The announcement is a joint initiative between the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA), Marjan, and The Bench, organiser of FHS World.

FHS World 2027, set to take place in November next year, is expected to welcome around 1,200 delegates, including 250 investors and 200 speakers from more than 60 countries, alongside a programme of destination experiences across Ras Al Khaimah’s mountains, desert and coastline. The platform will bring together the global hospitality investment community to explore the issues shaping the sector’s future, from hospitality investment and destination development to wellness and medical tourism, branding, sustainability and innovation, technology and AI, branded residences and restaurant investment.

Delegates will convene in Wynn Al Marjan Island's Celebrations & Events Center, a 7,708 square-metre venue anchored by a 2,633 square-metre column-free ballroom, alongside the resort's wider dining, entertainment and leisure offering. The summit will be complemented by a programme of experiences across Ras Al Khaimah, from Jebel Jais, the UAE's highest peak, to the Emirate's desert and coastline.

Ras Al Khaimah previously hosted the event in 2018 and 2019, when it was known as the Arabian Hotel Investment Conference (AHIC). Since then, FHS World has grown into a global platform for hospitality investment, with 1,000 delegates at this year’s event.

رأس الخيمة تستقبل القمة العالمية لمستقبل الضيافة في عام 2027

رأس الخيمة، الإمارات العربية المتحدة – 1 أكتوبر 2026: تعود القمة العالمية لمستقبل الضيافة (FHS World)، الحدث الاستثماري الرائد في قطاع الضيافة، إلى رأس الخيمة في نوفمبر 2027، لتجمع مجتمعها الدولي من المستثمرين والمطورين ومشغلي الفنادق وقادة القطاع في منتجع وين جزيرة المرجان.

ويأتي هذا القرار تعزيزاً للعلاقة الراسخة التي تجمع القمة العالمية لمستقبل الضيافة بإمارة رأس الخيمة، حيث سيلتقي مجتمع الاستثمار العالمي في قطاع الضيافة في منتجع "وين جزيرة المرجان" خلال نسخة الحدث القادمة عام 2027. حيث أتى هذا القرار ضمن مبادرة مشتركة بين هيئة رأس الخيمة لتنمية السياحة، ومرجان، وشركة "ذا بينش" المنظمة للقمة العالمية لمستقبل الضيافة.

ومن المتوقع أن تستقطب القمة العالمية لمستقبل الضيافة في نسختها القادمة في نوفمبر من العام المقبل نحو 1,200 مشارك، من بينهم 250 مستثمرًا و200 متحدث من أكثر من 60 دولة، إلى جانب برنامج من التجارب السياحية المنتوعة وسط طبيعة رأس الخيمة، وستجمع المنصة مجتمع الاستثمار العالمي في قطاع الضيافة لاستكشاف القضايا التي ترسم مستقبل القطاع، بدءًا من الاستثمار في الضيافة وتطوير الوجهات، وصولًا إلى جودة الحياة والسياحة العلاجية، وبناء العلامات التجارية، والاستدامة والابتكار، والتكنولوجيا والذكاء الاصطناعي، والوحدات السكنية ذات العلامات التجارية، والاستثمار في المطاعم.

كما صرحت أليسون غرينيل، الرئيس التنفيذي للعمليات في مجموعة مرجان والرئيس التنفيذي لمرجان للضيافة: "أُنشئ منتجع وين جزيرة المرجان ليغيّر مفهوم ما يمكن لهذه الإمارة أن تحتضنه. واستضافة القمة العالمية لمستقبل الضيافة فيه خلال الأسابيع الأولى من افتتاحه تعني أن الأشخاص الذين يحددون الوجهة التالية لرؤوس الأموال المستثمرة في قطاع الضيافة سيشاهدون ذلك بأنفسهم، بدلًا من أن يقرأوا عنه لاحقًا."

وسيجتمع المشاركون في مركز الاحتفالات والفعاليات بمنتجع وين جزيرة المرجان، وهو مرفق تبلغ مساحته 7,708 أمتار مربعة ويتوسطه قاعة احتفالات خالية من الأعمدة بمساحة 2,633 مترًا مربعًا، إلى جانب ما يقدمه المنتجع من خيارات متنوعة للمطاعم والترفيه والاستجمام. وستُستكمل القمة ببرنامج من التجارب في مختلف أنحاء رأس الخيمة، بدءًا من جبل جيس، أعلى قمة في دولة الإمارات، وصولًا إلى صحراء الإمارة وسواحلها.

وسابقاً استضافت رأس الخيمة الفعالية في عامي 2018 و2019، عندما كانت تُعرف باسم مؤتمر الاستثمار الفندقي العربي، ومنذ ذلك الحين، تطورت القمة العالمية لمستقبل الضيافة لتصبح منصة عالمية للاستثمار في قطاع الضيافة، حيث استقطب نسخة هذا العام نحو 1,000 مشارك.
