Since announcing the first property in Lahore, growing further in Pakistan has been a focus.

سيتربّع البرج متعدد الاستخدامات في مشروع AAA أوكتا 2 في كراتشي، وسيضم أيضاً مساحات تجارية ومتاجر ومرافق للنشاطات المجتمعية. كما ستوفر الغرف والمساكن الفندقية إطلالات خلابة على مجمّع بحرية تاون، مع إمكانية وصول مباشرة إلى الطريق السريع إم 9.
