The criteria for this award is as follows:

The Candidate must:

• Be a Saudi-national woman either working in Saudi Arabia or studying abroad with a clear commitment to contributing to the Kingdom’s hospitality sector.
• Be actively working in hospitality (any department within the industry: operations, F&B, marketing, finance, HR)
• Have demonstrated demonstrated career growth within their organisation or industry (e.g., promotions, leadership roles, increased responsibilities).
• Must show a commitment to professional growth, leadership potential, and impact on their team, workplace, or industry (can be through mentoring, leading initiatives, driving change, or overcoming barriers.)
