As Senior Director Development for KSA & Kuwait at Marriott International, Hitesh spearheads the expansion of Marriott brands in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, focusing on new hotel developments and conversions. With over 12 years of hospitality industry experience, Hitesh has held roles in hospitality advisory and development. Before joining Marriott in 2022, he spent three years at InterContinental Hotels Group in Dubai, leading brand development for Saudi Arabia. Prior to that, he spent almost a decade at HVS in Dubai, where he led over 200 operator search, feasibility, and valuation assignments across 33 countries. Hitesh's broad connections and strong market standing, cultivated over a decade in the region, have empowered him to establish a robust knowledge base in hospitality development and guide hotel owners in their investment endeavors. Additionally, he has overseen the expansion and advancement of global hotel brands in key markets throughout the Middle East and Africa. Holding a BSc in Hospitality Management from the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management in Dubai, Hitesh brings a strong educational background to his wealth of industry experience.
