Ayman Ezzeddine is a seasoned hospitality and business development professional, currently serving as the Director of Development for the Middle East, Egypt and Pakistan at Radisson Hotel Group since January 2024. Based in Dubai, UAE, Ayman brings over a decade of experience in various leadership roles across prominent hospitality brands. His career is marked by a keen understanding of what owners and guests seek in the industry, consistently creating successful strategies that align these interests.

His career started with Kempinski Hotels followed by a few years with Shaza Hotels, and his career in business development is further highlighted by his tenure at WATG and Wimberly Interiors as the Business Development Director for the MEA region. During this time, he played a crucial role in expanding the company’s footprint across the Middle East and Africa. Before joining Radisson Hotel Group, Ayman was the Regional Director of Business Development at Golden Tulip MENA / Louvre Hotels Group.
