Salman Nawaz, CFA, is the Director of Real Estate Investments at Lesha Bank, managing direct real estate investments and debt strategies across the US and the GCC. Lesha Bank also holds an interest in Ennismore, a global leader in lifestyle and luxury hotel brands.

With 14 years of real estate investment experience, he has managed the full investment cycle, including acquisitions, asset management, developments, and exits. His primary focus has been on value-added and opportunistic strategies across multifamily, hospitality, office, retail, industrial, and student housing sectors in the US, Europe, and the GCC.

Before joining Lesha Bank in 2021, he served as Investment Manager at Oman Investment Authority, responsible for global real estate investments. At OIA, he led resort developments and asset repositioning within a global portfolio of 16 hotels, comprising 5,000 keys. These properties spanned urban hubs, mountain and beachfront resorts, and master-planned hospitality-driven communities, offering diverse experiences such as desert, cliffside, eco, wellness, adventure, and heritage.

He serves as a board member for various real estate companies. He was educated at the London School of Economics and the National University of Singapore and is a CFA charter holder.
