Maud Bailly graduated from the École Normale Supérieure, Sciences Po Paris, and ENA before joining the Inspection Générale des Finances. She later became Director of Gare Montparnasse and Head of the Economic & Digital Pole for Prime Minister Manuel Valls. In 2017, she joined Accor as Chief Digital Officer. In 2020, she became CEO of Southern Europe, overseeing nearly 1,900 hotels. Since January 2023, she has been CEO of Sofitel Legend, Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems, leading nearly 250 hotels and serving on Accor’s Luxury & Lifestyle Executive Committee.
