Anthony Knight is Chief Executive of Venture Hospitality Group, Spain's largest independent multi-brand restaurant operator — 17 unique concepts across more than 20 locations, 800 colleagues and 2.5 million international guests a year. The group is the restaurant partner to a number of leading luxury hotels and its portfolio includes Michelin Guide-recommended restaurants, Repsol Sun award winners and a steakhouse ranked among the world's top 50. A marketing and brand strategist by background, he has spent fifteen years creating f&b concepts, openings and activations for leading hospitality groups. As Sales and Marketing Director at Incipio Group, he led the competitive food and beverage tender for Yoo Capital's £1.3bn Olympia redevelopment in London. Earlier, as Managing Director of Elliotts, a leading insight and strategy agency for the leisure and hospitality sector, he supported clients including Center Parcs, Hawksmoor, Diageo and Puttshack. Anthony also has private interests in Kenya's safari sector and supports several growth projects in Sri Lanka, spanning boutique hotels and restaurants.
