Award Criteria
The Leadership Award recognises individuals with an outstanding professional track record who have made a significant contribution to the evolution of the hospitality sector. We seek nominees whose leadership, influence, and legacy continue to drive meaningful change within the industry.
Criteria for Nomination:
The nominee must:
- Have 10+ years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrates significant leadership and innovation in their role.
- Have made a notable impact on the global hospitality industry.
- Currently work within the hospitality industry.
- Be nominated by anyone within the hospitality industry.
Award Timeline:
- Nominations must be submitted by 7th September 2026 (midnight GST).
- The winner will be announced and given the award on the main stage at FHS World.
Prize Details:
- Complimentary pass for FHS World 2026.
