Amer Kharbush is Chief Development Officer at Arada Developments, leading delivery of the company's master-planned communities, from planning through handover, overseeing multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors across a global portfolio. With over two decades delivering large-scale, complex real estate projects across the US, Middle East, and Asia, he previously led DAMAC Properties' international projects across the Maldives, UK, Miami, and Angola, oversaw residential communities across Saudi Arabia at ROSHN Real Estate, and managed delivery of the $1 billion Louvre Abu Dhabi at Turner Construction. He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Wisconsin-Madison and is fluent in Arabic and English.
