‘Colin is the Strategy Director for NEOM Hotel Development. Working in collaboration with NEOM’s educational team he is focused on the development of the future hospitality workforce both within and without the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He is a passionate believer in creating opportunities for young people and has been involved in hospitality related education, development and coaching across the globe for more than thirty years.

Colin holds a Master’s degree in Applied Coaching, is an A.B.N.L.P. certified Master Practitioner of N.L.P. Timeline Therapy and Hypnosis, and is one of the only certified mBIT coaches in the Middle East as well as being an I.C.F. certified coach.

His early career consisted of 15 years in the Hospitality Industry working initially at the Savoy Group in London and Paris and then with Hilton in Vienna, Ankara and Dubai. In 1995 he Joined Mercuri International in Dubai where he developed several new training and development programs prior to establishing his own independent consultancy in 2002.

He has worked at multiple levels, from C-suite to front-line in more than 30 countries to many thousands of people as well as being a Master of Ceremonies and speaker at International Conferences.’
