Award Criteria

The Future Leader Award honours outstanding individuals who are 35 years old and younger, and serve as exemplary leaders in the global hospitality industry. We seek candidates whose career path or impactful initiatives demonstrate a commitment to change and notable achievements at a young age.

This award aims to spotlight those who embody the spirit of hospitality and possess the vision to shape the future of our industry.

Criteria for Nomination:

The Candidate must,

• Be born after 1st September 1989.
• Be working within the hospitality industry.
• Demonstrate significant leadership and innovation in their role.
• Have made a notable impact on the global hospitality industry.
• Be nominated by their peers or line manager - “Referee”.
