Khadak is a chef-led Indian restaurant by Chef Naved Nasir, former Culinary Director of Dishoom, inspired by the legacy shops, neighbourhood institutions and recipes that have shaped India’s food culture. Rooted in nostalgia but open to interpretation, Khadak brings these stories to the table through food, hospitality and the rituals around it, keeping them alive for today.
