Pascal Armoudom
Partner
Kearney
During his first 18 years with Kearney, Pascal worked with clients in the tourism, luxury, and consumer industries across Europe and Asia, helping them to grow and improve their businesses, before being recruited to lead the strategy for Amaala, a luxury tourism destination on the Red Sea coast. “I was in charge of developing the experiential strategies for everything from mobility to arts and culture, as well as overseeing all of the strategic partnerships for the resort,” Pascal adds. After moving on to become strategy advisor to a Middle East investment fund dedicated to developing the cultural, entertainment, tourism, and sports sectors, Pascal returned to Kearney in 2023 and is now a partner in the firm’s transportation and travel practice, with a focus on tourism, leisure, and hospitality, based in Riyadh. Having grown up on Reunion Island in the Indian Ocean, and spent time living and working in mainland France, London, and Shanghai, Pascal has a knack for bringing a global perspective to his work. As he puts it, “When you have been in consulting for a while, you start to spot familiar patterns. Every place and every firm has its own character and challenges, but I would hope that what I bring to my clients is an ability to put things in perspective, and shortcut some of the problems they face.” Pascal graduated from Essec Business school MBA.
