Greg O’Stean, who has joined in February 2024 as the CEO of United Hospitality Management, brings a wealth of experience and strategic prowess to the forefront of the hospitality industry. Formerly the Global Chief Development Officer at Aimbridge Hospitality, Greg's leadership contributed to the successful merger of Interstate Hotels & Resorts into Aimbridge Hospitality in October 2019, creating the world’s largest third-party management company with approximately 1,500 hotels across more than 20 countries. With a distinguished career spanning more than 30 years, Greg has held key positions in renowned organizations including GE Capital Real Estate, Starwood Hotels, IHG, Loews Hotels, Carlson Rezidor, and Ernst & Young. Notably, his role as the Chief Investor Relations Officer for the Investment Management division of GE Capital Real Estate showcased his exceptional leadership during the global financial crisis, where he led a global capital markets team that raised billions of dollars to reposition a $90 billion commercial real estate portfolio across Europe, Asia, and North America. Greg's extensive experience in hotel acquisitions, development, investment, lending, franchising, asset management, joint ventures, and management contracts has consistently positioned him as a luminary in the hospitality sector.
