Adil Jabrayilov
Development Director MENA
Louvre Hotels Group
My name is Adil Jabrayilov, and I am 26 years old. Originally Azerbaijani, I am a graduate of Glion Institute of Higher Education with a major degree in International Hotel Development and Real Estate Finance. I have also completed few eCornell courses, namely Hotel Real Estate Investments and Hotel Planning and Design and I have been acknowledged as a Certified Hotel Valuer by International Association of Hotel Appraisers. I have started my career in Hilton Worldwide as part of a Feasibility & Investment Analysis team for Middle East and Africa region. Following few years in Dubai office, I have joined Hilton’s Development team for Central and Eastern Europe region and have been covering Turkish and Azerbaijani markets. After a successful time in Hilton’s Istanbul corporate office being involved in multiple deal signings, I have come back to the Middle East and joined Royal Group as the Development Manager Hospitality. I have led the development process for multiple projects across the EMEA embarking multiple milestones, including but not limited 2 luxury hotel developments in Seychelles, 1 in Greece, and few in the Middle East Region. The one that I particularly would like to call off is Mallside Hotel & Residences Dubai Hills, Curio Collection by Hilton. The following property consists both of hotel and branded residences parts and it is noteworthy that the residences have sold out already during the pre-launch period. I am currently Development Director for MENA region for Louvre Hotels Group and develop such esteemed brands as Royal Tulip, Golden Tulip, Tulip Hotels & Residences, Campanile, Kyriad, Tempting Places and Hotels & Preference. The following brands have huge potential to grow their presence further in the MENA market and add incredible value to the properties from both return on investment and guest experience. With 1’700 hotels globally across 60 countries, Louvre Hotels Group currently licenses or operates 55 hotels across the MENA region and we aim to reach 100 hotels within the next few years.
