Ali is Head of Hotels & Tourism at CBRE in the Middle East, dedicated to providing creative, hands-on hospitality expertise across the region. Having been in the industry for over 15 years, Ali is a well-established hospitality specialist with experience in hotel advisory, valuations and operations. During his time in the Middle East, Ali has worked with developers, Attendeess and governmental institutions on feasibility studies, hotel valuations, pricing strategies, asset reviews and optimum site use for both large-scale multi-use projects and stand-alone assets. He has also led several owner-operator Hotel Management Agreement negotiations across a number of jurisdictions.
