Paul leads the Future of Hospitality Institute, PKF hospitality group's think tank for the hotel and living sectors. Future Living is its principal research project, now in its second two year phase, which brings together a community of industry stakeholders, cooperating alongside research institutions and universities to identify major changes and innovations for the future of the serviced living sector. Prior to joining Future of Hospitality Institute in 2022, Paul led international development and asset management for serviced apartment operator BridgeStreet, and previously held development roles with various operators in the hospitality sector. He resides in the UK and is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
