Dr. Sowon Kim, EHL professor and founder of the Women in Leadership (WIL) Initiative, has lived and worked in eight countries and boasts over 20 years of experience in academia and various industries, including consumer goods and high-tech. An expert in cultural navigation and leadership, she emphasizes interpersonal skills, multicultural team performance, and strategic cultural change in her executive education role. Holding a Ph.D. from the University of Geneva, her research focuses on personality, career strategies, and leadership diversity. Additionally, Dr. Kim co-owns World of Kids SA, serves on multiple boards, and is committed to leadership, education, and social change.
