Richard Williamson is the COO of Considerate Group, a data-driven sustainability consultancy, focused on the hospitality and tourism sectors, with offices in London and New York and a local partner in Dubai. Richard oversees Considerate’s Middle Eastern business, having previously worked for KPMG and PwC in the UAE and Oman. Considerate Group develops tailor-made ESG frameworks and sustainability strategies for hotels and tourism companies, working with owners, operators, SWFs and asset managers around the world. As well as transition risk mitigation, Considerate focuses on delivering the financial benefits of investment. Services include asset-level and portfolio decarbonisation and net zero strategies, hotel energy assessments, ESG due diligence, certification and accreditation. Considerate also operates a data platform, Con-Serve™ a premier ESG data-intelligence platform tailored specifically to the hospitality industry.
