Andrea Delfini is the founder and CEO of Blastness, a leading Italian travel technology company specialising in increasing direct bookings and hotel revenues. Since 1995 he has been an entrepreneur in the Internet and multimedia production and integrated communication sector using innovative technologies. At the end of the 90's he ventured into the hotel tourism industry, to which he later dedicated himself. Founded in 2004, Blastness S.p.A. has been the leading operator of 5-star hotels in Italy for over 12 years and was selected for Google's EMEA Strategic Partner programme in 2017. At the beginning of 2024, the company received the international Microsoft Advertising Partner Growth Award. In January 2024, the Forbes Small Giants magazine, dedicated to high potential Italian small- and medium-sized enterprises, featured the company on its cover. In 2012, Andrea Delfini founded NERO Lifestyle SRL. This brand focuses on the marketing and positioning of hotels, products and services aimed at the HNWI segment. In 2019, he established Fox Technologies SRL, an innovative start-up of the Blastness Group focused on the development of business intelligence and artificial intelligence platforms for the hotel sector. Andrea has been Vice-President of NIAF Italy since 2015, has been a member of the Board of Directors of NIAF USA since October 2022, a member of the Friends of Aspen group – Aspen Institute Italia since December 2022, and Ambassador in Italy for the Columbus Citizens Foundation USA since August 2023.
