Mohammed Al Fardan is the Head of Procurement at Red Sea Global and, through his work, is a key contributor to Vision 2030’s ambitious blueprint for the future of Saudi Arabia. His areas of expertise include executive strategic management, strategic sourcing and procurement, program management of giga-projects, and budgets & financial controls. At Red Sea Global, he is responsible for the full process of procurement functions: development procurement, projects procurement, FF&E procurement, operations procurement, corporate procurement, and vendor procurement. Mohammed has over 21 years of leadership expertise in real estate development, procurement, business management, development, supply chain, contracting, programming, and project/construction management with reputable organizations in the Middle East. He holds a BSc in Engineering – Architectural and Planning from King Faisal University and is a member of CIPS and the Saudi Council of Engineers.
