Tea is one of the leading hotel consultants globally. She is the Founder and Managing Director of Strategic Hotel Consulting, an international management consulting firm based in Switzerland, specialising in hotel investments. With over 20 years of global consulting experience, Tea has advised prominent owners, developers and investors on hospitality projects worth in excess of USD 3 billion. Her expertise ranges from hotels and resorts to mixed-use developments and branded residences. As a recognized industry professional, Tea is the Chair of the Board of Directors of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC) and serves on advisory boards of numerous companies. She features #13 on the Power List - the most influential Women in Hospitality by Hotelier Middle East. Prior to establishing Strategic Hotel Consulting in 2010, Tea held senior consulting roles with Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels in Asia Pacific and TRI Hospitality Consulting in the Middle East. In addition to consulting expertise, Tea has comprehensive operational background having worked with the Four Seasons, Rosewood and Starwood in various operational roles (rooms, F&B, sales and marketing and Six Sigma) across Europe, North America and the Middle East. Tea is originally from Switzerland but has a wide-ranging international background. She is a graduate from the University of Surrey in the United Kingdom.
