Rosa Piro’s wide portfolio of responsibilities includes the expansion of Arada’s interests via new projects, as well as evaluating investments in new business segments. She also oversees and maintains all commercial and institutional partnerships in healthcare, education, hospitality, and branded residences, adjusting the anchor strategy for each based on the needs of Arada’s communities. Rosa proposed and established the collaboration with Armani Group for Arada’s luxury residential project Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah, and she is currently working on establishing an ESG vertical to help the company work towards achieving sustainability goals.
