Bryanne joined Jumeirah early 2023 as Group Senior Director of Sustainability, bringing with her over 25 years of experience in sustainability, clean energy, and climate change. She has held leadership roles at Shell, E.ON, Masdar, and the World Bank Group, as well as state-owned entities like Petronas and Eskom. Her work spans industries including renewable energy, oil and gas, textiles, and waste management, with projects in over 30 countries. Bryanne spent much of the last decade in Pakistan and Afghanistan, developing clean energy solutions for rural communities. Closer to home, she held the position of Chief Development Officer at Dubai-based Blue Forest, focusing on blue carbon projects. At Jumeirah, Bryanne leads the group’s sustainability strategy and governance, focusing on the decarbonisation of operations, reducing energy and water consumption, reducing the production of waste in particular food wate, eliminating single-use plastics and protecting biodiversity.
