Gavin has over 30 years’ experience as a contractor and consultant PM/QS in ten different countries and four continents. He has worked on prestigious projects throughout his career, with a specific focus on hotels, residential and mixed-use schemes. As well as iconic projects such as Burj Al Arab, Atlantis the Royal and Red Sea Project, Gavin has worked on over 30 hotels from economy to ultra luxury, from city to island. He has gained an immense amount of cultural, contractual and construction procurement experience, managing at Director level in four of those countries. Gavin has also lectured part-time for a UK QS degree, matching his experience with insightful and clear presentation skills.
