Elyza Falzon is the Head of Architecture, Design & Construction for Hilton in the Middle East and Africa. She leads a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team that partners with Owners and Developers to deliver world-class hotels, resorts, and residences across the region. With two decades of extensive experience in international hospitality design, Elyza has developed a deep expertise in creating innovative, culturally attuned spaces. She relocated to Dubai fifteen years ago, where she has honed her knowledge of both global and regional industry standards. Before moving to Dubai, Elyza began her career in Milan, where she worked as a design consultant on a diverse portfolio of internationally branded hotels and resorts across Europe and the Middle East. A passionate advocate for Women in Leadership, Elyza is committed to nurturing the next generation of industry leaders through mentoring and active involvement in leadership development initiatives.
