Dale is a real estate banking professional who has extensive experiences in hospitality and real estate market in UAE and wider GCC over the last two decades. With Mashreq, she has structured and advised on high-profile real estate transactions both conventional as well as be-spoke structure. Prior to that, Dale had various ranges of roles in real estate field focused on hospitality assets. She managed a portfolio of hospitality and leisure assets valued over AED 2 billion, and supported acquisition and disposal of hospitality / leisure assets with value exceeding AED 1 billion. Dale is also an RICS qualified valuer, she carried out real estate consultancy works on valuations, feasibility studies, advise on acquisition and strategy of real estate assets during her time in CBRE, Knight Frank and Colliers.
