Emma Doherty, Co-Founder and CEO of PYRO, is a finalist in the Sustainable Hospitality Challenge. With 6 years of food and beverage experience, Emma has managed restaurants including Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas and other prestigious establishments. She's currently pursuing a Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Emma also holds a Level 2 Award in Wines & Spirits with Distinction from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust.
