Born in Milan, in my early twenties I moved to London to explore the world and broaden my horizons. My career began in the hospitality industry, where I worked in Michelin-starred restaurants and prestigious Forbes 5-star properties. This immersion into the luxury field allowed me to gain invaluable experience and a deep understanding of excellence in service, as well as to recognize societal needs and gaps. My journey continued with a degree in management, providing a solid foundation to better address global concerns, particularly those related to sustainability in our sector. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I actively participated in extracurricular activities, consistently seeking out innovative and challenging environments. My passion for growth and learning drives me to invest my time and energy in projects that push boundaries. I believe that in a rapidly changing world, youth leaders are essential to inspire the next generation and ensure a promising future.
