Founder and CEO Nicolas Roux brings over 20 years’ international experience with globally renowned studios, including Candy & Candy and Terence Conran. His experience covers a broad range, from luxury private residences and residential developments, to fashion retailers and boutique hotel. Past projects include: One Hyde Park, London, a €90M residence in Monaco, The Four Seasons Residences in Astana, a high-rise luxury development in Kuala Lumpur and the Marc Jacobs retail store in London. In 2024 Nicolas owns and is the CEO of Rive Gauche London - an established, multi-award winning, world-class team of designers, architects and technical specialists who cover the end-to-end range of skills needed to deliver exceptional design and build projects.
