Jonathan Tomlinson is the Global Head and Senior Vice President of Branded Residential and Private Homes at Kerzner International, responsible for the operational and strategic development of the entirety of Kerzner's residential offering and leads the curation of the ultimate homeowner experience. He spearheads the promotion, development, and management of Kerzner International’s residential component globally, including business development, real estate sales and marketing strategy, design planning assistance, and executive management of all residential projects including Atlantis, The Royal Residences, One&Only Private Homes, SIRO Residences and Rare Finds. Prior to joining Kerzner International in 2021, Jonathan held leadership roles with Four Seasons as Vice President Residential based in Singapore, IMG, and leading real estate developer Indochina Capital as Managing Director of the hospitality portfolio which included Branded Residential developments with Hyatt, Six Senses, GHM and independent serviced apartments, mixed use developments and golf properties. Jonathan holds an MBA from RMIT University Melbourne, Australia and a CPM from the Institute of Real Estate Management and resides in Dubai with his family.
