Rana Batterjee is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of EduPloyment, an AI-powered recruitment platform for workers. Previously, she co-founded Momair Trading LCC, a UAE-based F&B company, exiting in 2023. From 1993 to 2013, Rana had a successful career as an Audiologist, last serving as Director of the Cochlear Implant Centre at American Hospital Dubai. She holds degrees in Hearing and Speech Sciences (University of Maryland), Audiology (George Washington University), and a Doctorate in Audiology (University of Florida). A fellow of the WIn Fellowship (2023-24), Rana is a Saudi Arabian national, fluent in Arabic and English, residing in Dubai.
