Carlos Leal serves as both the CEO at United Investments Portugal (UIP) and the Executive Chairman at United Hospitality Management (UHM). Under his strategic leadership, he has propelled the company to attain a prominent market position in Portugal's development, construction, and management of mixed-use tourist development projects. Additionally, Carlos holds the position of Head of Asset Management at IFA Hotels & Resorts (Kuwait) and is a member of the Advisory Committee at the Fund FCR C2 R&D Growth IV (Portugal).
