Arch. Abdulla Al Abdouli is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Marjan. An accomplished architect, urban planning expert and inspiring young Emirati leader, he is committed to promoting entrepreneurship, innovation and strategic foreign investment in Ras Al Khaimah. He leads Marjan’s strategic growth across development, hospitality and lifestyle, overseeing investments in infrastructure and urban planning to create world-class master-planned destinations. His role includes identifying new growth opportunities, expanding Marjan’s international partnerships and strengthening investor confidence in Ras Al Khaimah as a leading regional investment and tourism hub. He also oversees Marjan Development, Marjan Hospitality and Marjan Lifestyle. Al Abdouli has led several initiatives that have strengthened Ras Al Khaimah’s global profile, supervising developments extending across the emirate’s waterfront, urban areas and mountains in collaboration with government and private-sector entities. In addition to his role at Marjan, he serves as Chairman of the Wynn Al Marjan Island Integrated Resort Joint Venture and RAK AMI Hotel. He also serves on the boards of RAK Ceramics and RAK Properties, and holds leadership roles with Ras Al Khaimah Dredging Company and Saraya Ras Al Khaimah Company. Previously, he held senior positions at Ras Al Khaimah Municipality, including Director of Town Planning and Survey Administration and Director of the Project Management Office. Al Abdouli holds a master’s degree in Regional and Urban Planning from Paris Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi and graduated from the American University of Sharjah. He also holds a certificate in Real Estate Investment Strategies from Harvard University.
