Safiatou Fomba is Co-Founder and CEO of Bilqis GreenTech, a UAE women-led climate-tech company building real-time waste measurement and AI classification infrastructure for hospitality and large managed assets. She brings over seven years of experience across investment management, private equity, infrastructure and ESG, including roles with the African Development Bank and investment management firms Carne Group and Crestbridge in Luxembourg. At Bilqis, Safi leads strategy, commercial development and partnerships as the company moves from a working MVP into structured pilots. Her work focuses on making commercial waste measurable at source, helping operators improve accountability, resource recovery, reporting and waste-reduction decisions.
