Bhrijesh (Bhrij) Patel is the founder and CTO of RAYN, a hospitality intelligence platform built by operators, for operators. RAYN helps premium restaurants, bars and hotel F&B venues turn booking, spatial and operational data into daily decisions. Its seat-level "Pick Your Spot" experience lets guests choose their exact table in 3D, generating demand signals legacy reservation systems cannot capture. Bhrij is an operator first: he scaled a Papa John's franchise to five sites, led Firezza's turnaround to near break-even and served as COO of Venue Tours Group. Based in Dubai, he is piloting RAYN with venues in Dubai and London.
