Sabrine Chennaoui is the Founder and CEO of MONSAPO, a Tunisian-French cleantech company transforming how the hospitality industry handles cleaning and waste. MONSAPO designs and operates SapoCircle, a fully automated, IoT-connected on-site machine that converts used cooking oil into professional cleaning products, eliminating chemical imports, valorizing 1.5 tonnes of waste oil and avoiding 24 tonnes of CO2e per machine each year. SapoCircle machines are commercially deployed in five-star hotels in Tunisia; MONSAPO is bringing distributed circular manufacturing to the global hospitality sector, expanding into Gulf markets. Sabrine is one of the few women founders leading deeptech hardware ventures across MENA.
