Vijay Raghavan is the Group Finance Director and board member of the holding entity, A A Al Moosa Enterprises LLC and all its business verticals, including the hotels division - Golden Sands Hotels Co LLC, which owns various hotels (managed by Hilton/Marriott/Accor/IHG/Taj/IHC) in UAE and Oman. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary from India, with about 40 years of professional experience in India, Turkey and the UAE. He started his career in 1986 with Ashok Leyland, the second largest commercial vehicle manufacturer in India and a subsidiary of British Leyland. After 6 years of working experience with Leyland, he moved to Istanbul, Turkey, where he worked for Leggett and Platt and Panasonic. Vijay joined the ARENCO Group in 1996 as Group Finance Manager and is currently the Group Finance Director. In this capacity he sits on the board of all Group companies in the Arenco Group and he is also a board member of a listed entity in Oman.
