Tatiana spent more then 25 years turning hospitality ambition into commercial sense, on the owner's side of the table. A C-suite executive, investor, board director and company builder, she worked with owners, developers, funds and governments across more than 30 countries. She had grown two advisory firms into their respective market's leaders, run asset management for hotel portfolios, and led hospitality development inside government. She deeply cares about judgment over volume. The expensive mistakes in hospitality business aren't about effort; they're about clarity, about asking whether the numbers really work before the capital moves. Today Tatiana runs Tempo Hospitality Lab, a boutique owner-side advisory, and she co-founded Treema, an AI Operating System built for hospitality.
