Mr. Rahul Chaudhary is the Managing Director of CG Corp Global, the Global face of Nepal’s first and only Multi - Billion Dollar Multinational Conglomerate with an exceptional legacy of 140 years across 4 generations. CG Corp Global has 261+ brands, 202+ companies, over 20,000 employees and spread across 32 countries with industry leading foray into Fast - Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Banking, Power, Hospitality, Real – Estate, Telecom, Cement, and education amongst others. Mr. Chaudhary serves as the CEO of CG Hospitality Global, a fast-growing hospitality group with a diversified portfolio of more than 238 hotels and resorts spanning 12 countries, 144 destinations, and over 15,400 keys. By 2031, the group is projected to expand significantly to over 600 hotels and 30,000 keys. CG Hospitality’s successful joint ventures and partnerships with several globally renowned hospitality brands, including IHCL’s Taj, Taj Safaris, and Vivanta brands, as well as Jetwing, DoubleTree by Hilton, and Fairmont. Its partnership with Marriott International began with the signing of The Farm at San Benito in the Philippines under the Autograph Collection. This was followed by a major strategic partnership in India with Fern Hotels, on the backdrop of the global launch of the Series by Marriott brand. The collaboration has since expanded to include JW Marriott Residences in Dubai, Ritz-Carlton and Westin in Nepal, JW Marriott in India, and Arro Khampa Series by Marriott in China. The group’s portfolio features several iconic properties and landmark destinations worldwide, including Taj Exotica Resort & Spa in the Maldives, Jetwing Vil Uyana and Taj Samudra in Sri Lanka, Meghauli Serai – A Taj Safaris Lodge in Nepal, Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers in Dubai, UAE, Fairmont The Norfolk and Mara Safari Club in Kenya, DoubleTree by Hilton JFK Airport in New York, amongst many others. In addition, CG Hospitality owns Concept Hospitality, the second-largest hotel management company in the region, which manages a portfolio of hotels under The Fern Series by Marriott, The Fern Residency Series by Marriott, Beacon, and The Zinc brands. An alumnus of the legendary Doon School in India, Rahul has also been at Millfield School in England, the prestigious Miami University in Ohio, besides being a part of the PDP at Cornell University. Rahul has also done extensive training programs at Citi Bank at Wall Street, New York followed by a Credit Suisse, London. A well-known thought leader at HICAP, HICSA, AHIC and AHIF, Rahul has been recognized as one of the ‘25 most Powerful Hoteliers in Asia’ by India's prestigious Hotelier Magazine since 2020 whereby Rahul was the youngest to have been featured on the list. He is also the recipient of multiple global awards including the ‘Rising Star of the Year by India Awards 2020’. Mr. Chaudhary was recognised as a visionary entrepreneur under the Forbes Asia 30 under 30 list. Rahul also plays an important role through Chaudhary Foundation in promoting Social - Impact Businesses in Nepal. Mr. Chaudhary is the Honorary Consular of the Republic of Maldives to Nepal and was in the Executive Board of Hotel Association of Nepal.
