A proven hospitality leader with more than 20 years of experience across the Middle East, Asia, the UK & Ireland, Paul Bridger is the Chief Operating Officer of Rove Hotels, the smart, value hospitality brand created as a joint venture between Emaar Properties PJSC and Meraas Holding. Paul leads Rove Hotels and oversees the initiation, planning, and achievement of strategic brand objectives, ensuring a successful and consistent rollout of this new mid-scale lifestyle offering. His role also includes providing leadership and management focus on the business operations to achieve maximum financial performance and team and customer satisfaction. Before joining Rove Hotels, Paul worked with one of the UK’s largest hotel, restaurant, and café operators, where he served as General Manager for eight years before taking on broader responsibilities as Regional Director of Operations – Southeast Asia. Paul has diverse experience in markets such as the UK, UAE, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia, with a focus on hospitality leadership. Paul holds an MBA in Hospitality from École hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), Switzerland.
