Amna Alredha is a Dubai-based innovation leader serving as Programme Manager and Project Lead at Aviation X Lab (AXL) within Emirates Group. AXL is a cross-industry innovation lab that co-creates solutions with startups and universities to address live aviation challenges and validates them across its partners. Amna also leads Intelak, Emirates Group's innovation hub supporting startups in aviation, travel, and tourism. Her career centres on startup ecosystem development, accelerator management, and strategic advisory work. She holds a Master of Management from Harvard with a Certification in Innovation and Artificial Intelligence in Business.
