Sudhin Siva is the Chief Asset Management Officer at Shamal Holding. With more than 20 years of experience, Sudhin oversees asset management and commercial developments across a diversified portfolio that includes assets in hospitality, leisure, recreation, and food and beverage. Known for his contributions to elevating some of the region’s most loved hospitality brands, Sudhin brings years of experience in curating extraordinary experiences. At Shamal, he works closely with his team to nurture and enhance a variety of destinations, ranging from high-end luxury to mid-scale and value offerings, across both international and home-grown brands. These include Kite Beach, Five Guys, Baccarat Hotel & Residences, Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, Hart Shoreditch, The Espresso Lab, and SUSHISAMBA. In addition to his role as Chief Asset Management Officer, he serves as a member of the Shamal Board. Previously heading the Hospitality business at Meraas Holding, Sudhin’s expertise includes commercial feasibility, investment analysis, quality management, corporate strategy, planning of hotel and hospitality assets across various segments in Dubai and globally. He has also played an instrumental role in growing brand presence for the Jumeirah Group, securing expansion opportunities in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South Asia. Sudhin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from Bangalore University, a Master’s Degree in International Tourism and Hospitality Management from Griffith University, Australia, and a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management from Cornell University.
