Saurabh Tiwari is Vice President – Middle East, Maldives & Sri Lanka at The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company and parent company of the iconic Taj brand. With more than two decades of international hospitality experience, Saurabh is recognised for his strong commercial acumen, operational expertise and people-first leadership. He joined Taj Dubai in 2021, where he drove strong commercial performance, elevated guest experiences and built a high-performing team culture. He was appointed Area Director of Operations in 2024 and elevated to his current role in 2026. As Vice President, Saurabh provides strategic leadership across IHCL’s growing portfolio in the Middle East, Maldives and Sri Lanka, with a focus on operational excellence, commercial performance, talent development, guest experience and regional growth. Under his leadership, Taj Dubai was named Hotel of the Year in 2025, while its team received the Hotel Team of the Year accolade, alongside several regional recognitions across the wider portfolio. A strong advocate for developing and empowering talent, Saurabh believes exceptional hospitality begins with exceptional people. He is now focused on strengthening IHCL’s presence across his markets, developing the next generation of hospitality leaders and further positioning Taj as one of the region’s leading luxury hospitality brands.
